Tarts are a great mid-afternoon snack, great for a special occasion or any social gathering.
We have a variety of options. However, if you want a little taste of everything, try our assorted selection of mini tarts. These are perfect for a bite-sized snack.

COOKIES & SLICES
Our cakes are filled, layered, swirled, piped and drizzled. We love trying new recipes and techniques and there's little we won't do in search of cake perfection. That's why we make every addition to our cakes and pastries - meringues, curds, sauces, brittles, caramels and more - from scratch every day, and why every cake is baked and decorated fresh to order.

Our ingredients are locally sourced, partnering with a spirit of reciprocity, sustainability, and supporting other local businesses. In addition to local ingredients — we bake with New Zealand Anchor butter, Madagascar vanilla, Valrhona chocolate, Artisanal cocoa and use natural flavorings in our cakes. We eschew artificial flavorings and colorings, preferring authenticity.
SAVOURY BAKES
Our savoury bakes are an executive summary of the season and an introduction to the chef and journey they want to take you on. Our menu is short, sharp, and enticing. It is very likely to leave you happily sated than uncomfortably full and, while it follows the traditional structure, it moves you away from palate fatigue and sameness on the plate.
Our savoury menus are designed to shock, delight and surprise.
It is all about craftmanship and engaging with suppliers and customers in new and meaningful ways. There is an ever-present, gung-ho determination from our chefs whom cooking in the kitchen on a daily basis is their source of succor and survival.
It is a journey of appetite, courage, and varying sources.
